BASSEM GERGES
Owner and founder of MAlekDC. Bassem has been working in the foodservice and laundry designs since 1997 and got his Professional Certificate from FCSI in 2007. So far he's been involved in over 500 different projects scaling from small fast foodservice restaurants to central kitchens serving over 15,000 meals a day. 20 years of consulting in food and beverage facilities, and has designed several high profile Hospitality projects internationally.
